As a nominee, your company will move through the next round and be evaluated and considered by the #CWEgala Advisory Board powered by Google, comprised of leading experts from various industries. Three companies in each category will be selected for recognition on an 80-foot stage in Toronto on May 29, 2024. Nominees and award winners can purchase a branded gala table to attend the much-anticipated industry event! However, buying a table is not required if you have won an award. Still, more so a visibility opportunity as the tables are branded will be featured in the program, and companies who purchase a table have the ability for CWE to place influencers and diverse women founders and give opportunities for rising stars and women in business to sit at the table.

There will be combination of 400+ attendees at the gala. This includes top c-suite & senior executives from Canada's leading companies, agencies, influencers, top-tier entrepreneurs and founders, creators and media.

Celebrity media hosts, influencers, and top c-suite executives in gowns on the carpet and media wall. If you have specific spokespeople who will come out, they can interview on the carpet.

There are additional opportunities for nominated organizations to gain greater limelight, media, and exposure at the Gala on the 80ft stage, red carpet, activation spaces, and branding throughout the venue.

No, you do not have to sponsor and can participate as a winner. The gala will bring together some of the most prominent founders, executives, and influencers and have a significant media footprint and activation opportunities. Should your company have marketing initiatives, awareness and visibility interest, please let us know, and we can show you the opportunities.

This would NOT affect the status of your nomination, as all nominees are being reviewed and chosen by our selection committee powered by Google and its senior executives. Sponsoring the gala and winning an award are managed by separate teams to avoid conflict of interest and remain ethically sound. You can sponsor the event and be a winner or be a winner and not sponsor the event. Your involvement is up to you and will not affect the selection process.
